Halloween Lanterns from Jam Jars

These halloween lanterns are an easy halloween craft, children can make themselves from a few scraps of paper and some recycled jam jars.

Materials Needed

  • Jam Jars
  • Crepe Paper (Orange and White) Cut into
  • Black Card
  • Glue or double sided tape
  • Tea lights or battery Lights

handmade halloween ghost and pumkin lanterns with candles Cut rectangles of crepe paper as high as the jam jars, and wide enough to go all the way round with a 1cm overlap.  Wrap each jar with the paper, and secure with double sided tape or glue.
