#Kidscraft101 on Instagram
Is anyone else as obsessed with instagram as me? As well as posting my crafts, food styling and coffee addiction, one of my favourite things about instagram is to gather inspiration from other creative mums and bloggers from around the globe. There are definitely some go to hashtags I have, and for craft activities, one of my favourite is #kidscraft101. Obviously everyone likes the chance to play god now and again, so I was really pleased to help out when the Instagram account @kidscrafts101 asked me to be a guest judge for the week.
In case you don’t know, @kidscraft101 is actually run every day by Two of my favourite bloggy people *cue slight fan girl moment*; The guru of all kids craft @redtedart RedTedArt (tons of autumn craft inspiration from her)and the amazing and stylish social media maven @incredibusy Ali blogs over at Kidschaos
And The Winners Are:
There were so many fabulous crafts posted last week, but in no particular order, my favourites were:
Halloween Theme Rock Painting from @preschool_savvy
I love these colourful rocks. – And what a fun way to teach letter skills.
Mini Ghost Pinanta from @willowdaygram
Do pinatas get any cuter than this? Not sure I’d be able to smash him to pieces, even to get the treats inside.
Spiders Web Lolly Sticks from @insideoabout Esther Blogs at Inside Out and About
What a great little rainy day craft.
Paper Haircuts From @natik.vorobey
I think all kids want to pay hairdresser. What an awesome idea to make these cardboard hards with some cute hairstyles to cut.
Puppy Mask from @handywithscissors
Painted Pumpkins from @hellowonderful_co Agnes blogs at Hello Wonderful
I love this bright take on no carve pumpkins
Leaf from @plasticaplanet
Flower press light catchers. These are so beautiful – perfect for slightly older kids fingers to craft.
Eggcup Bats & Ghost Leaves from @mielaerkerasmussen
Aren’t these leaves the perfect shape for simple little ghosts.
And last but not least:
DIY Shape Puzzle With Cardboard & Velcro Dots from @acraftyliving
I can imagine how satisfying little fingers would find it to peel off and restock the velcro. What a great craft.
