Rudolph Hot Chocolate
Christmas is looming. We are getting into the festive spirit with Rudolph Hot Chocolate. Super easy to make, these would be a great Christmas Eve treat for little ones. not so little ones may appreciate them too.
Ingredients
For 2 cups of hot chocolate
- Milk – enough to fill your two glasses
- Cadbury Hot Chocolate Mix (or your preferred brand)
- Half a curly wurly
- 2 raspberries or strawberries
- 4 Googlie Eyes (use slices of banana if you cant get or make these)
For an adult twist, add a slug or rum.
Method
First make the antlers by cutting the curly wurly in half, and then the half diagonally.
For the Rudolph eyes and nose, you will need googlie eyes and a piece of red fruit. If you cant get find the googlie eyes in a shop, you could make your own with fondant icing (or even use two slices of banana). The nose works well with a strawberry, a red grape, or a red M&M / skittle. For maximum impact (so that the brown hot chocolate is visible) the Rudolph Hot Chocolate should be made in heat proof glasses. If you don’t have any, jam jars make a good alternative. Make up your hot chocolate according to the package instructions (or use your own favourite recipe).
Fill the glasses with steaming hot chocolate, and top with swirls of squirty cream.
Add the antlers, eyes and nose – and the Rudolph Hot Chocolate is ready to go.
Now how many sleeps until Chrsitmas……
